This paper, published by the national Competitiveness Council on 29 March 2011, highlights the main recommendations that the NCC believes need priority attention. These concentrate on four key areas: Enterprise; Competition and Productivity; Fiscal Policy; and Improving Ireland’s Skills, Research and Infrastructure Base.
