  • About Cordatus

CORDATUS -ADJ prudent| wise; sensible| judicious; endowed with intelligence

    BACKGROUND

When Bernie Rushe left her management position at Dell Computer Corporation in Limerick in 2001, she set about establishing a team of like-minded senior consultants who are passionate about the lean approach to delivering client value, and experienced in six sigma process development. During her time in Dell she had trained with the first cohort of six sigma green belts on site in Limerick in 1998, and subsequently trained to black belt level. Her experience of working with Dell's best practice lean supply chain, together with championing and managing lean and six sigma projects accross that supply chain, left her ideally positioned to bring the lean message to other Irish based organisations.

The result Cordatus Consulting, a dedicated team of lean six sigma consultants who have built a nationwide reputation for enabling clients

    • to build effective relationships with customers and suppliers
    • to design and develop robust processes, and
    • to resolve a wide variety of process problems for themselves.
