  • Change Management:

"The soft stuff is the hard stuff"

    Re-engineering the Corporation, Michael Hammer

Your scientists, engineers and accountants may do a wonderful job in developing new ideas for product and processes re-design. But what use are these ideas if getting people to embrace and implement the changes proves to be  a really significant obstacle?

Cordatus change agents enable clients to develop effective teams, and to create working environments where change is embraced as a necessary part of daily life. We facilitate practical structured workshops for internal change agents.

MANAGING PEOPLE THROUGH A CHANGE PROCESS
    2-day workshop

    Overview
In his book, "Management Challenges for the 21st Century", Peter Drucker suggests that to thrive in the new millennium managers need to do more than manage change; they need to lead it too. While our Lean and Six Sigma training equips managers to lead change in business, by constantly reviewing and re-tuning processes, we realise that successful change requires managers to focus on the dynamics of personal transition too.

    Our interactive workshop addresses:

    • the value of change
    • reasons for low commitment to change
    • building a strong team to implement the change
    • how to communicate to ensure successful change
    • the difference between change and transition
    • personal attitudes to change
    • three processes involved in transition
    • managing personal sense of loss during change/ transition
    • integrating the dynamics of personal transition in change projects.
