INTRODUCTION. Cordatus consultants and trainers offer a wide range of lean and six sigma training courses, and supply chain training courses. All lean and six sigma training courses are workshop and case study based, and you will be guided through your learning adventure by examples from business and industry. You are kindly invited to bring actual problems and projects to the workshops, such that you can learn by doing on your own process issues.

CERTIFICATION. We provide certified lean and six sigma training courses at yellow belt, green belt and black belt level and prepare candidates for the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and International Quality Federation (IQF) examinations. We also provide guidance to companies who wish to establish their own internal certification criteria and examinations.

SOFTWARE, EQUIPMENT & TRAINING PACKS. Cordatus provides workshop laptops and generally we use Minitab as our data analysis software, however we can adapt our course material to suit your software application.

All trainees receive a training pack that includes soft copies of the Cordatus training material for use when training their own project teams. This soft copy material is included in the course fee.
