    Cordatus services are built around our clients' needs to grow and sustain competitive advantage in their marketplaces.     OUR DELIVERY STYLE

    Skills and knowledge transfer are basic principles of our way of doing business. Our services portfolio include practical, structured methods for boosting organisation productivity, reducing the cost of operations, and growing revenue. Our integrated approach to learning includes, as appropriate, a combination of: 

    • interactive, case-study based, workshops, relevant to our client's industry (learn by doing)
    • one-on-one and team consulting and mentoring
    • site visits to lean & six sigma practitioners (learn by observing)
    • study groups to build a learning organisation
    • visits from existing working practitioners
    • personal coaching, and
    • examinations (e.g. ASQ six sigma black belt exam )

    Soft copies of Cordatus training presentations are provided to clients for use within the clients' sites. This enables our clients to continue internal team training after Cordatus consultants have completed the initial training effort. It also provides clients with material for internal promotion and advertising of the improvement programme, corporate publications and general programme communication. Our holistic approach ensures that client companies to become self-sufficient in the skills covered in our workshops.
