  • Lean or six sigma – which one is best for us? Can we combine both?
  • Our employees are likely to think of six sigma as flavour of the month. How do we overcome that?
  • What return should we expect on our projects?

All Cordatus programmes are designed in line with ISO 13053, the international governance standard for six sigma. However each programme is customised to suit your organisation’s needs.
