Cordatus offers consulting in six sigma programme design and implementation. We can assist you with answering questions such as:
What is Six Sigma and how does it help to grow business?
Lean or six sigma - which one is best for us? Can we combine both?
How will we structure our six sigma programme to ensure that it's sustainable?
Our employees are likely to think of six sigma as flavour of the month. How do we overcome that?
What type of projects should we select?
What level of training should we engage in?
What return should we expect on our projects?
How do we quantify financial gain on our projects?
Are there reference sites in Ireland we can visit to learn from their success and their mistakes?
What metrics do we choose to indicate success?
Cordatus also provides six sigma champion, green belt and black belt training programmes. Our training is delivered to American Society for Quality (www.asq.org) curriculum standards.
